My order never arrived. On the 16th day after my order, I phoned the customer service and found out that my order was lost between Millet and the delivery company. Millet won't be able to find the good and it was also not available anymore so that a replacement isn't an option. Very disappointed!!

I ordered camping cooking equipment, and where 4/5 of my items are great, my Eurohike Picnic set (25 items) is covered in scratches and marks. It doesn’t look new or looks like it’s maybe been on display? The items were on sale, but to be honest if I knew that getting them half price would mean they would arrive looking second hand I wouldn’t of bought them. I have contacted customer service to ask if this is why they were on sale and if so they could be clearer about the items outside quality on the description but havnt heard anything back yet, so assume it happens a lot.

I make and order of shoes in a size 6 and I get sent a size 4, this was the second time in a month as the same thing happened to my husband ,very disappointing


After over five weeks of awaiting my product, that was meant to take 3-5 days delivery, I have yet to receive the product or the requested refund. A real disappointment.

Order has not been delivered within stated timescaleCourier has allegedly not even picked the items up from Millets yet !How difficult can it be to use a courier that does what they are supposed to do ?

Ordered a hat two weeks ago. Still not arrived. Maybe don’t use Hermes. They told me parcel would arrive within 24 hrs. That was a week ago. It would be quicker for me to walk to the depot and collect it myself.

Ordered a tent which didn’t arrive; only found out when I chased Millets that it had been lost in transit. That being said, the agent I spoke to on the phone was very good and honest, and the refund was processed quickly which took a lot of the frustration out.

Ordered two items to get the right size. Delivery charge was fine as I knew this when ordering but did not realise that I had to pay for returning an unwanted item.I will not be ordering from Millets again because of this.
